How to Order via Website?
1. Add to cart the product/s that you would like to purchase.
2. Click Check-out.
3. Fill up the required contact information and click Continue to shipping.
4. Choose your Shipping Method. (Choose between COD or NON COD)
5. Choose your Mode of Payment and Save it for future reference.
6. Click Complete Order and wait for the Confirmation Email.
What payment methods do you accept?
- For NON COD orders, we accept Bank Deposit and Online Transfers for BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Asia United Bank. We also accept GCash, PayMaya, Smart Padala, Palawan Express, and Western Union. For credit cards, you can pay through PayPal.
- We also offer Cash On Delivery.
How many days before I receive my order?
- Normally due to the Community Quarantine Guidelines in the Philippines, Shipping in Metro Manila and Luzon may take up to 2-5 days while the Shipping for Visayas and Mindanao may take up to 3-6 days after shipment.
How can I track my shipment?
- Tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped out. If you haven't received any tracking number, please contact us.
What shipping provider do you use?
- We normally use J&T for our Philippine customers and DHL for our international customers.
How much will shipping cost?
- For our Philippine Customers, NON COD shipping method may reach ₱65 to ₱95 shipping cost while for the COD shipping method it may reach ₱100 to ₱150 shipping cost.
- For our International Customers, Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment, and the shipping address. To find out how much shipping will cost, please add the desired products to your cart and complete the checkout process.
Can I change my delivery address?
- Your delivery information is sent to our courier immediately after your payment is processed, so it's difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully. But If you do need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
- Luxe Queen will accept product returns for credit or exchange up to 15 DAYS after the dispatch date, provided that the returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition - complete with original documents and packaging.
Can I get a refund for my shipping costs?
- We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.
